No relay. So, my proposed diagram isn't so bad?

Jeff - If you have a 7V choke heater then you do splice that wire into the W/Bk on the harness I sent.
But your diagram is the same as mine, with the difference being that you call out the splice. Mine doesn't call out any actions as it was just to show the wiring. But if we get further into this we may need to call out lots of actions.

Well, hem… Gary, I would respectfully pretend that I found the “missing link” in your diagram.

I appreciate your respect, Jeff, but your own picture tends appears to show the W/Bk wire as the center wire of the 3-terminal connector.

Agree absolutely!
But since this «“S”-to-Stator socket» wire (the missing link) isn’t shown in your diagram, this made me confused. I was wondering if I had to cut this rectangular harness connector and splice the “S” wire directly with the Choke Heater one, leaving the 3G Stator socket empty. As illustrated in your diagram. As Jim instructed me, it must be connected to the Stator socket of the alternator, otherwise it won’t work. This is certainly an evidence for any alternator scholars , but a dummy like me follows his masters advices to the letter. And so maybe stupidly cutting a connector, splicing two wires and leaving empty an important socket…

I think I understand, Jeff.
My problem is that it is so obvious to me as I've been reading schematics since I was a kid, and I don't realize it isn't obvious to others. So I appreciate your help. When your upgrade, our prototype, works then we'll need to go through the steps showing people how to do it themselves. So please take plenty of pics as you do the installation and I'll have to put them with the pics I took while making the harness and come up with the step-by-step.

Don't worry Gary, it is in my plans! BTW, I went to my local NAPA. All their providers had no stock of 95A and 130A "Taurus 94-95". The guy took the phone and made couple of calls. After 30 minutes of searching, he found one, will arrive by next Monday. Fate made the decision for me, it will be a 130A. A remanufactured unit, from CVC Techno, a Montreal based alternator and starter remanufacturing company for all types of vehicles. Hoping it is good quality, but I am confident since this appears to be a serious company, more than 50 years of expertise. Question: What size for the MegaFuse?

Sometimes fate makes the right decisions for us.
If it is a 130A alternator I'd go with a 150A fuse.

Yup.
150. Glad you went with the 8.25". Hopefully you don't need a slightly longer belt.

Jim, about the bolts...
What's the difference with my 1G, you said I'll have to tap something... On the 3G or on the engine supports?

The adjuster clamping 'ear' of the 3G is either: tapped 8 x1.25 or clearanced (10mm) for a bolt w/nut.
If 8 x 1.25 just run a 3/8-16 NC tap in under power. If 10mm, install a 3/8-16 helicoil. Now you are using the bolt that fits the slot in your arc shaped adjuster arm, and you don't need a 3rd hand to hold tension, 9/16 ratchet AND a wrench to hold the free nut

Thanks Jim, more clear now (for me).
I’m looking forward to get the 3G and begin the swap.

Same for Big Bro’s 351W, pivot is on top. This afternoon I’ll have some time to recap where I am in the process, list the parts I got and the ones I am still waiting for, and take some pictures of the 3G I received to show its clocking, bolts treads, etc. State of the situation to come later today!

Jeff - You said in the other thread that you need to rebuild C610. Tell us more about that?

Gary, the picture below isn’t from Big Brother’s underhood, I grabbed it somewhere else. The C610 no longer exists in Big Bro. So, in order to plug the new 3G harness, I’ll first proceed to a surgery reconstruction and rebuild this connector. I went to my local salvage yard this afternoon and found one. I also contemplate the possibility to use a non functional ignition module C323 connector, which looks pretty similar. I’m evaluating options.

Well, the report will be a bit delayed, sorry guys! Unexpected family dinner tonight, my father (now grand-grandpa), my daughter with her husband and their new born baby are coming.

Since C610 doesn't carry much current with our approach you'll be fine with that ignition connector. Or the one from the salvage. Either one.
And have fun at dinner with that new grandbaby! Big Bro can wait.

The salvage is internally corroded, blades broken. And not sure about the C323 idea… Yep, they “fit” perfectly, but one of the C610 wire has a much bigger gauge (yellow):
