The following statement from the 2nd link is not correct if by frames the floor pan is meant: "All of ford's frames were stamped with all the different seat combinations(bench, bucket, ect...) from 73-86."
I cannot speak for the 1979 and earlier floor pans, but at least from 1980 on there was a floor pan shared by the regular cab and crew cab trucks, and a floor pan shared by Supercabs and Broncos. A seat from one will not bolt into the other. And it was the Supercabs and Broncos that got the bucket seats, which will not bolt into a regular or crew cab.
Having said that, the MPC confuses me as it only shows one set of seat tracks for the full-width seats, as shown below. However, the Supercab got either the bench seat or buckets, so where is the seat tracks for their bench seat? Ralph???? What am I missing?
