Here is my truck, which started life as a 2wd but I converted to 4wd.
The stance is similar to the other trucks you show.
My truck has the front coil springs and the rear leaf springs from the 1995 donor vehicle, which was a larger, heavier truck. Quad cab and longer bed, and 4wd, so the springs were quite a bit longer/stiffer. Swapping the front stuff was pretty straightforward, although I had to get some camber adjusters. The rears were a bit more involved because the 4wd springs were 2 1/2 inches wide, instead of the stock 2 inches wide that were on my truck originally. That made it necessary to change the spring perches, which were riveted to the frame - not fun.
Anyhow, the result was a truck that sat up higher than the stock 2wd stuff, but still using all stock Ford components without any lift kit or anything like that. Wheels are stock in those photo's, 235/70/15 if I recall correctly. I am planning on upgrading to 265/70/17's for a bit more height and ground clearance.
