Well that thing looks kind of odd with that three hole pattern.

I actually had mine off so I could sand blast the metal part, and I don't remember it looking like that, but I didn't pay real close attention either.

Edit: I just went back and looked at some pictures, and the steering column seal in my '84 is completely different from this one.

Well that explains it...lol. I went back and looked at my pictures and the one in my '84 is completely different.
