not mine but, we picked it up and it ended up at my place for work .... former student bought it for a site truck and to run farm plates.....been sitting since 1999
we got it running enough to get it on the trailer, no brakes, was little sketchy, dump body works well got brakes working yesterday, and tuned it up....needs a carb, which has been ordered pretty cool ride, and he got a good deal on it needs driver side floor and some rust tlc in spots but overall she is a peach

Cool! Glad it worked out so well. I'd have expected the whole brake system to be nothing but rust.
And, that's quite a trailer as well.

The dump truck cleaned up VERY nicely! I'm surprised that there isn't a lot more wrong with it.
And the wood for the bed looks sweet! Are those the same boards or did you redo them?

Looking good! Are you going to paint it, powder coat it, or have it chromed?

cheap, rattle can for time being.............. I enjoy doing things over and over again..lol
over the summer plan is to build oven big enough to powder coat bigger parts like bumpers...right now i can only powder coat small to medium size stuff school is dumping a bunch of electric stoves so we will gut them and create a control panel and "oven" should be exciting lol

I think I could do a bumper in my oven, which is 3 x 3 x 6' high inside.
But I've learned that getting long and bulky things into the oven w/o touching them can be a challenge. Luckily my oven has a track in the ceiling and little trolleys that run on the track. So I made a rack with a track that lines up with that one, and tabs that register it to the oven. I put the part on the rack and, if possible, tie the bottom to the rack so it won't swing. Roll the rack into my powder coating booth and coat the part, then roll it over to the oven, line things up, remove the bottom tie, and roll the part into the oven very carefully. But one thing I miss on my oven is a window in the door. I started coating with an old kitchen oven and followed the instructions to drop the temp back to 400 when the powder flows and then hold it there for 20 minutes. But with no window I just heat to 420 and then drop back to 400 for 20 minutes. Seems to work fine, but I wish I had a window. So, if you can incorporate one in your door...

That is excellent progress! The truck has really come together, and the bed floor and the tire rack make it.

Glad you got the truck on the road! Well done, it looks great.
And those are cool projects. While what brings us together is Bullnose trucks, many of us have other interests as well, so feel free to start a thread on one or both of those projects.

been super busy...some updates on cam's truck....found out it has a 2.55ish rear gear combined with 35's and a 3 speed...not an ideal set up...lol so 3.89s with true trac are going in over winter break. We also have a 5 speed coming to replace the 3 speed
