New user in Jacksonville

Thankful to find this forum exists - everyday it's becoming more popular but still don't have an expert around every corner.  Thanks in advance and please forgive the soon to come stupid questions. I have a 1986 F150, shortbed, 4X4.

Welcome!  Glad you joined.  

Is that Jacksonville as in Florida?  I ask because we have a map (Bullnose Forum/Member's Map in the menu) and I'd be happy to add you.  Perhaps someone is nearby?

As for questions, the only dumb one is the one you didn't ask.  We don't expect people to know everything, so please ask away.

Lil'Red is a '87 F250 HD, 4.10's, 1356 4x4, Zf-5, 3G, PMGR, Saginaw PS, desmogged with a Holley 80508 and Performer intake.

You said that there will be stupid questions to follow. I think that on this site the only stupid questions are the ones you don't ask. There is a wealth of information here just for the asking.
