Check out rearcounter. They show a couple people (besides Dennis C) that you could call and see if they do really have it.

I found one! (E3TZ-17723-B) at Dewey Moore Ford in Hughes Springs, TX.

I did find it via Rearcounter, but via someone that had already sold theirs, and they referred me to Dewey Moore.

If anyone else is looking for one, they have one more in stock.
