Lund Sun Visor

Anyone have or seen photos of a Lund visor on a 2wd bullnose.  Maybe even a lowered truck?  Found 3 of them locally for $75 each.  I’ve always liked them on the 4wd, just not sure on a stock or lowered 2wd.  Thoughts?

Personal preference really. Kind of like cab lights - you'll just see a little more of them. Since on the fence you could cut the rough design out of cardboard and tape it on your truck to get an in person visual.

But for that price and if in good shape, I'd say pick one up (or all ) anyways and dry fit one. Not a bad item to have for future use.

How loud is that thing on the highway? Seems like a lot of drag. I always liked the look of them.

Not loud, drag, with a 460? Damn thing runs out of speedometer before it runs out of power.

Someone recently said our trucks are like the proverbial barn door.  No they are not.  They are worse!  Barn doors don't have the pockets, like the headlights, that hold air.  But don't the visors have vents on top?

Yep, I got ya. These trucks are bad enough with aerodynamics that adding or not adding something like this is purely a personal preference in the looks of it.

Yes it is only attached at the corners and center of the cab, the area between the mounts is open on top.

I had too much going on the last couple weeks and he sold all three of them.  Oh well.  I'll keep my eyes open, but I need to get the motor done anyway.
