Looking for Advice: Under Dash Plate / Cover

Hey y'all. First time posting here. I'm cleaning up the interior of my truck. Slowly tidying up the electrical system and refreshing the trim. Does anyone have advice on what material or off-the-shelf part might work under the dash to hide and protect the wiring?

Nathan - Welcome to the forum! Glad you joined.
 But you may have missed the email I sent you asking you to go to the New Members Start Here folder, read the guidelines, and then post an intro there. We do that 'cause we will hold you to the guidelines so you need to have seen them. Don't worry, our joining process is broken, which is part of the reason we are moving to a new platform. So many miss that step. But we do ask that you take that step, please.

Nathan - Didn’t see if you introduced yourself at the « New Members » thread, if you didn’t you should take a minute and write a bit about you there.
About your question, not sure I understand… Are you looking for this bezel?   If so, salvage yards, or eBay have some, different colors.

Here's what was installed in my 1985 diesel F250 when I bought it, not sure if this was a Ford part, dealer or owner add on.
