Yes, the 6.3 & 6.9 have a single cold start enrichment injector, that if it gets stuck......
 All in all I really liked the Bosch fully mechanical injection systems. Did your customer have the flag brackets on the front bumper? (diplomatic model) So the Penofin hydraulic system was contaminated with glycol fluid? That's a right PITA to flush clean. Surprised that seals and diaphragms were available!
