Do the 1970's factory radios fit the 1980-1984 radio bezels properly?

I was looking at this radio for sale...which is listed as a 1978, but the seller said he removed it from a 1968 Mustang. Surely it's not a 60's radio, but it does look like an early 80's. My 1980 owner's manual shows the same style back knobs too...

1994 F150 4x2 Flareside. 5.0 w/MAF, 4R70W, stock.
1984 F150 4X2 Flareside. Mild 302 w/ 5spd. Sold.
1980 F150 4X4 Flareside. 300i6 w/ 5spd. Sold in 2021.
1980 F100 4X2 Flareside. 351w/2bbl w/NP435. Sold in 1995

Pretty sure they do.  Look at the listing below.  Before 6/81 they were using 1970's radios in the 1980 and '81 trucks.  And the same mounting plate was used from 1980 through 1984: E0TZ 10A860-A.
