Don't know if Wiki is right, they say that the "Camper Special" was dropped in 1982:
«For the 1982 model year, [...] the free-standing Camper Special option package was discontinued, functionally combined with the Trailer Towing package.».

Yes, but the seller knows what they have based on this price. These are definitely hard to find, so it does make sense and isn't a bad price for somebody who really needs it.

That is wrong. The Camper Special was still a separate option in 1982. They did however drop the camper special badge on the front fenders.
