Started working on the buckets last night. I broke 3 bolts getting the mounting brackets off. I'll have to drill them out and tap.

The passenger upper seat frame corner is a little bent. I thought the foam was just degraded there. However, once I took the old covers off I realized the frame was tweaked. I was able to unbend it a little, and make it better than you see here. However I need foam, and adhesive to build all four corners up a little.

Anyone have any advice on building up foam? Which adhesives to use?

Welding up the broken seat bracket tomorrow. Then I'll be mounting the drivers seat.

Figured I'd update this. We've been enjoying the F250 bucket seats. Still looking for a blue factory console.

Took a little trip yesterday with little Ray to pick up his 1st truck. We got him a 91 Bricknose, 300 I6, 2wd.
