Gary might confirm, but these are for 80-81 Broncos, or for the 80-81 tailgate panel emblem that always seems to fall off. These do NOT fit the B-Pillar emblems on F-Series.

Correct, Shaun.

That's interesting. Upon looking in the Name Plate section here, there is a different part number for the inserts on a Bronco B-Pillar. I know they're of a similar size to the tailgate insert, so I wonder what the difference is? |

Might the difference be adhesive mount vs studs?

Those are pretty! I put a bid in so wish me luck.
My Bronco is a Lariat, but i prefer those badges to the Latiat ones.

The difference is the ones that go on the B-Pillar will have a chrome frame around it. The same difference is in the "LARIAT" nameplates.

The tailgate emblems do too. I've seen it often on early tailgates where the insert has fallen off. All that is left is the chrome frame. ![]() Gary may be onto something with the adhesive versus posts, I didn't think of that. There were no posts on the emblem for the tailgate on my F150. |

Are you sure about that? All of the ones I have seen on the truck tailgates did not have the chrome frame around it. ![]() ![]()

Yep, my 1980 was this way. It may be different on the 1981 trucks, but every 1980 I've seen has had the chrome frame, as shown below. ![]() |
