Would '86 Ranger parts fit '85 F150?

Would like to pull a few things off this for my '85 F150, particularly the wheels and maybe a few other items - would some/all/none of it fit?

The large majority of parts won't fit your truck. There may be a few small things that will, but it's just not worth it.

Amen!  If you are going to the extreme trouble of parting a truck out, at least pick one that is essentially the same as yours.  The little Ranger is all together different.
