This should be for 1985 and 1986 and must be for a diesel application [look at lower right].

That is indeed a nice bezel David, and you are correct that it is for a 6.9 diesel truck with the glow plug/water in fuel/temp indicator lamp module.

Yes, that is Rosewood.  It was used from 1980 through 1984.  Then burled wood took over for '85 and '6.
