The first one has die for crimping coaxial connectors, so would need the die for whatever wire size you are working with, like #12 - 18.
The second one is for crimping either RJ11 connectors, like used for telephones, or RJ45 connectors like used for Ethernet. But, it comes with a punch-down tool that is used to punch solid telephone wire into a telephone "frame". That takes me WAY back to my days at Conoco.
