It says 1980-1985, but it is correct for the left-hand vent window on all Bullnose trucks:

Has anyone bought NOS rubber/seals? Do you think its still pliable and workable? or just a dried out borderline crumbly ol' thing? I need a new drivers side vent window seal. Does someone make these new that would work just as well??

I would have the same worries as you. I haven't purchased new vent window seals, but I have purchased door seals from LMC and they work pretty well.
