Yes, it is.  Oddly enough, the parts catalog says it is correct for 1980 on, as shown below:

80/ F100/350,F(Super Duty),U150 6&8 All EOTZ 8A193-B

My catalog now says:

80/84 F100/350,F(Super Duty),U150 6&8 All EOTZ 8A193-B The radiators changed in 1985 and no longer need these
