It is nice, but it looks like the lid's latch is broken off - like most are. Or am I missing something?

You're correct - as most are - it's definitely not without it's issues. I've thought about using mine as a template and making another but the toolboxes aren't really too high on my list. Aux battery trumps it for me

Yep, aux battery and EFI with its fender-mounted filter pretty well uses up the space.

As nice as these are, I can't see myself spending that kind of money on one when used military surplus ammo cans are cheaper, plentiful, and much stronger.
