Only ever seen that woodgrain pattern on the E-series.
Not rosewood or burlwood.

It should still work but it won't match.

Must be getting old ...

Hey, it's a holiday so all's forgiven

Personally, I don't hate this pattern and am a little surprised they didn't just apply it to our trucks also. Seems odd they didn't from a cost standpoint.
Still, its hard to beat the look of a NOS Rosewood.
