Mine was shot too, the fusible link in there was an open circuit.  I did find a replacement for only about $30 locally, but that was in 2017 before all the dismantling of our economy started.  And before I knew that O'Reallys has high prices unless you stick to sale items.

Rock Auto has it for less than $20 but of course you need to pay shipping. I always try my local NAPA now first. They actually know about what they sell, shocking. One guy is a carb whiz and sold me his own personal spare needle and seat for Poncho Loco's Holley 2300 yesterday.

Hi Reno,

I couldn't find the exact part on rockauto for the first time in awhile. I did find it at a few other retailers. This is the small difference the corner is notched out and the blower box accommodates the corner being cut out. Found one dont recall where but $47.00.

I like napa and rockauto too have shopped a bit with a1 auto aswell.

Dismantling of the economy for globalism. What a con job.

Click that link I posted, there are 5 types in stock.  RockAuto ships pretty fast but it's not cheap.

Here's the link again

Hi Reno,

Those look a bit different referring to the corner notch and those appear to be the air conditioner type referring to the ground prong.

If i understand correctly the air conditioner had 4 prongs and non air like mine had 3 prongs and a corner of the board cut off.

Thanks for your post.

Hello All,
Hope everyone had a good weekend.
The single speed rewire is done. I let it run for about 40 minutes today. Ran great and noticeably more air movement. Though thought to be temporary I may make it permanent.
My wiring is a mess will tightens it up later.

The mockup wiring diagram I used.

I wanted to keep everyone posted. All done and works better then expected....... So far.
Thanks for your interest and input..
