If it is, it's not for an 84 with an auto. All mine has is a threaded vacuum valve that's engaged by the brake pedal. Maybe it's for the clutch pedal?
1984 F150: 300 L6, AOD, RWD. EEC IV / TFI, Feedback Carter YFA Carb. Stock everything but radio (for now).
