That's specifically for my NP435!  Note the raised 1, indicating the granny first (not used in normal driving).

I have an odd fascination with the Granny low NP435 transmission. I had one of these in a 1980 F100 I had back in the early 1990's, and I remember that it seemed really weird to me at the time. I remember thinking, why does this truck have this stupid first gear...lol. I didn't haul anything with it, so 1st gear really had no use in truck that is just a driver.

Also, what was the purpose of the curvy shifter stick anyway?
