Re: Replacement head question

IowaTom
I got some 9/16-18 plugs that fit!  Question is, should I use thread tape?  The go into a very hot part of the head - with the exhaust ports - and I'm wondering if I won't do it any favors using tape or thread paste..?

I have a high-temp PTE paste that I use: Loctite 56747 PST 50ml High Temperature Thread Sealant for Stainless Steel Fittings.  But I don't think I'd use tape.
