I'm always wary of rebuilt engines from individuals. Just don't know what they did and if they did it correctly.
But a 351M is a strange case. Personally I'd not rebuild an engine as a 351. There just aren't pistons to give a 351M anything other than 8.0:1 compression. But slip a 400 crank in and there are lots of pistons available.
