That is not an E5TZ 15044D70-K.  That part number would be for: 85/86 F150/350, U150 - - w/radio, w/o clock, w/nameplate holes wood grain finish 

So this is in the wrong box.  Or, maybe the problem is that someone wrote the wrong thing on the right box.  My guess is that this is: E5TZ 15044D70-J  85/86 F150/350, U150 - - w/o radio, w/o clock - medium gray metallic finish-w/o bright bead.
