Do you know of anyone that sells new styleside tailgates with the Ford embossment? Everywhere seems to be just the flat plain tailgates, but I figured someone might know. I've been looking for an old one on Facebook marketplace, but luck as of yet.

If you are going with an XLT trim level, would it matter if the embossed letters were there since they are covered by a brushed trim panel?
10.25's have the fill plug on the front face of the drivers side.
Unless perhaps you are speaking of the build tag hanging off a stud on the rear cover?
The only other thing I can think that's unique to the left side is the brake splitter block at the end of the hose, and the axle vent that is a part of the bolt holding it on.

Lil'Red is a '87 F250 HD, 4.10's, 1356 4x4, Zf-5, 3G, PMGR, Saginaw PS, desmogged with a Holley 80508 and Performer intake.
