David - You found a bunch of really nice ones at reasonable prices.  

For anyone interested, the carpeted map pockets frequently clean up nicely with carpet cleaner.  And if someone is interested in the plastic ones, I recommend gluing a piece of metal in the top of the opening to keep them from breaking.
