Looking for camper top alignment pins

Anybody know where to get a set of these:
 I have the part numbers according to this drawing and have checked the Ford Hardware catalog and they are shown as a type of screw, but the part number doesn't seem to show up anywhere when I search for it:  Already checked Greene's and they don't have them. Anyone know where I can get them (and possibly the rubber sleeve that goes over them)? If not, has anybody found a suitable substitute?

I don't know, and I don't find anything in the MPC about them other than that drawing. And by "Ford Hardware catalog" I assume you mean the Standard & Utility Parts Catalog? If so, then you've seen this info below. From that you could have some made, but you'd really need to take measurements off of existing ones to get better dimensions.
