Intermediate duty instrument cluster with burl woodgrain? [No; edited]

This looks like the woodgrain pattern used in 1985/1986.

Reportedly, it was removed from a 1991 F800.

Note that it has a 4.5K tachometer [gasoline] and a 999,999.9 mile odometer with electronic speedometer [75 MPH].

You had me curious

Looks like the seller just used a LD truck bezel for presentation:

"I put the cluster bezel on to show that the crack is covered when installed (bezel not included)"
