How to: From Holley 390 to Motorcraft 2150

Hi,
  I'm going to take the Holley 390 off my 4.9L I6 & Offenhauser C, and install a Motorcraft 2150.

  Can someone please tell me what I should connect to these 2150 connections...?..
        rear left corner of base plate
        right rear of the air horn
        right front corner of base plate under choke housing
        front left corner of base plate under power valve
        top center of air horn (fuel bowl vent?)
        choke housing - not the 12V

  My Holley has distributor advance connected to the primary metering block, 12V to choke, gas to inlet,
and air cleaner to valve cover PCV inlet.

  Grateful for any help clearing up my confusion over what to connect where....

Jim - First, when you say "left" or "right" do you mean the driver's side and passenger's side?  Or do are you speaking as if you are standing in front of the truck looking towards the rear?
