How much higher do stock 4x4’s sit?

How much higher does a stock 4x4 sit than a stock 2x4?

I think they sit about 2" higher as they have a 2" riser block in the rear to level them out with the front.

1984 F-150 2wd short bed with 4.9L, 4 speed overdrive manual transmission, and 3.08 rear end (18) switched to the 3.55 limited slip (H9).

Years ago, I had an '85 F150 4x2 - completely stock except for running 235 series tires instead of the 215s that Ford put on it. Compared to a bone stock '85 U150, mine was exactly 1" lower.
