There is only one hotel in Skiatook, and it is the Osage Hotel/Casino. I've gotten them to reserve 10 rooms for us at a discounted rate, but at this point I don't know what that rate is.

The letter I got from the lady that does the reservations is below. Note that you can click on the link, click on Group Sign In, and sign up using the code Truck21. You will have to use your own credit to do the reservation as well as pay for it. And, the last day they'll hold the rooms is Aug 13th, so any rooms not spoken for at that point will be available for others to book.

Just made a reservation. The rate with the Group Sign In code: TRUCK21 is $104.00 per night.

Something has changed our plans, so we will not be able to make it that weekend.
There should be a hotel room available for Fri and Sat night.

Well you've already meet me, couple of years ago at your show. I was the one that showed up in the AWD Flex. Because I didn't get the rear window fixed in the Bronco in time to make the show.

The hotel accommodations were nice, clean and reasonably priced. The drive to Gary's house or the Truck Show site is less than 5 minutes. Restaurants are plentiful and on the same street within 10 minutes drive.

The staff did their job and overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Agreed. For anyone attending in the future, having stayed previously in Owasso and this year in the Osage in Skiatook, this is hands down the place to stay.
Hotel was really nice though the proximity to the show is the real selling point for me.
