Hello from Southwest GA. I have had this F150 for a few years now after inheriting it. It was a farm truck that has stayed stock and has just over 105k miles as of February 2020.
4.9L Inline 6, still carbureted, C300 auto 4 speed, most things are stock and work... I just dropped a chunk to redo the fuel system with a new tank and internals to stop the leaking (stop of tank rusted out!)
I'm joining because I know I'm going to need help along the way in the form of information, motivation, inspiration and maybe even connecting with others to offer help! I hope this becomes a hobby! I've got limited funds but I have to start somewhere.
Things I want to repair/Upgrade as of 2020:>PARTS/Repairs
Brakes/rotors (seizing front calipers, rusted master cylinder, flush, etc)
Replace all Rear view mirrors
New Blower motor
New Exhaust system (all rusted out from headers to back)
Repair tailgate (spring or mechanism is shot so I just jam it)
Interior: Repair bench seat and cover, Top dash cover, Door speakers/radio
Washer fluid pump locking seal>UPGRADE
Limited slip rear diff
removable steel frame Ladder rack w/ pressure washing setup OR Camper top
Toolbox
Upgrade Hitch Adapter
New Bumpers with front wench
Slight lift with larger tires now that I'm in red mud country
Gloss black wheelsThanks for any help and leads!
