The advert appears to have a typo. At the top it says it is an E3TZ 18552-B and at the bottom it says it is an E3TZ 18518-B. (Notice there ais no "-" between the prefix and generic part number as in spite of what everyone does, the MPC doesn't do it that way.)
There is no 18518, but there are 18552's:
