Why does the box indicate "-D", not "-A"?

Good question.  I didn't see what the box said until you asked.

An EOTZ 18549-D is:

80 F100/350 — w/o aux. fuel tank & with Hi-Low vent

A control for Hi-Low Vent would have a Vent position on it, which this one doesn't have, so I'm pretty sure this one isn't a -D
