Note that when MS lobotomized it they gave it three 'personas'
Can you request the creative, conversational or accurate one?

The above stuff stuff was from the creative one. So I started over with “accurate” on and asked the same questions. And got basically the same bogus answers.

I told it specifically NOT to go anywhere but that tab and to summarize what it said in the tab. And it did exactly what I told it not to do and dreamed up stuff about “Bob”.

I told it that stuff was bogus, that it couldn’t follow explicit directions, and that I was done with it.

I'm not surprised it lies like a 3 year old caught covered in cookie crumbs.😆
At least it's not insolent.

And this, when specifically asked to be accurate and truthful?  🧐

You see why I pointed out before that some of the truck articles you linked were written by chatbots.

Yes, Bob is quite the guy. Hi, Bob!

And I do see, Jim. I’m sure some year that Bing/Copilot will be useful, but right now I don’t trust it at all. It will not follow instructions and lies to your face.

Hopefully you've learned to NEVER trust our robot overlords.

They are psychopaths and only 'apologize' because that is part of their script.
Definitely not because they feel, or care about your feelings.

Mark my words, this will get loose and pretty much become HAL

Thanks!

And I have the same problem frequently. But I’ll also admit it is getting smarter. Edge has added some good spelling and punctuation aids to its browser, even on this forum, so I’m going to download it to this phone. Have it on the Surface and think I like it.

And now Dell has announced that their XPS laptop line will have a (non- reprogrammable) CoPilot key.

Where will this stupidity end?
(you don't really need to answer that)

Question:
please answer the question posed here: https://forum.garysgaragemahal.com/Have-You-Played-With-Microsoft-Copilot-tp143045p144045.html:
And now Dell has announced that their XPS laptop line will have a (non- reprogrammable) CoPilot key.

Answer:
The question posed on the Bullnose Enthusiasts Forum is about the most popular forums for Ford bullnose trucks, which are the 1980-1986 models of the F-Series pickups and Broncos. The user who posted the question tried Microsoft Copilot and received information about various forums where enthusiasts discuss these trucks¹.

The forums mentioned include a dedicated section for the 1980-1986 Bullnose F100, F150 & Larger F-Series Trucks, with over 2,000 pages of threads covering a wide range of topics and models. Popular sub-forums include '80-'86 FAQs, '80-'86 HOWTO’s, and a Picture Gallery. Another forum is the Bullnose Enthusiasts Forum, moderated by Gary Lewis, a well-known expert on bullnose trucks¹.

The user is also reminded to check the accuracy and validity of the information provided by Copilot before using it, as it may vary depending on the type, complexity, and context of the content being generated¹.

Q1: Tell me about a Bullnose truck named Big Brother.
A1:  Copilot gave me a speech about Orwell's 1984 novel, and admitted that it didn't find any data about a Bullnose truck named Big Brother.

Q2: You should look here:  https://forum.garysgaragemahal.com/Full-restoration-84-Crew-Cab-4x4-Long-Bed-tp105177.html
A2:

Q3: I thought that the owner name is Jeff.
A3:

Q4: Good!  From now, if I ask you to tell me about a Bullnose Ford truck named Big Brother, I suppose you will find it? Because earlier you didn't...
A4:

I am a bit surprised...  No possible training?
