Gorgeous 80-84 aluminum tailgate panel

For thos of you that do Facebook groups, someone is selling a gorgeous aluminum Lariat tailgate panel on Bullnose Ford’s 80-86:

It’s a closed group so there is no link but should not be hard to find if you are a member.

SHORT BED 4-DOOR DIESEL: 1986 F350 4x4 under construction-- 7.3 IDIT ZF5+GVOD

That's rare for the Lariat emblem to still be intact. I don't think the Lariat emblem was even used on the tailgate panel for very long, I find no mention of it on anything other than 1980 and 1981.

That is a nice looking tailgate finish panel, but it is correct for 1980 - 1984 Lariat models. I don't *think* the LARIAT nameplate was used on the tailgate after 1981.

I have a 1985 model with the redesigned tailgate finish panel with the red reflector. I added the LARIAT nameplate to the tailgate because I really liked it:

Lucille: 1985 Ford F150 XLT Lariat

*Colors: Dark Canyon Red exterior, Canyon Red interior
*Engine: 5.0, CompCams 31-230-3, "Thumper" E7 heads, Edelbrock Performer intake, Autolite 4100 carburetor, DuraSpark II ignition, Thorley Tri-Y headers, Flowmaster dual exhaust, H-pipe.
*Drivetrain: AOD transmission, 3.55 gears, 2wd.
