Can someone tell me from when and in which models the seats were installed and where you can get them

Those are the Captain's Chairs that came in the Broncos and Supercabs.  But there may be some Supercab trucks that don't have the holes drilled for those, so you might want to read this thread: http://forum.garysgaragemahal.com/What-seat-base-is-this-td85469.html

do you have a recommendation for my other question about the shock absorbers? According to Gabriel, these are only for the AWD - is there such a big difference in mounting between the AWD and the RWD?

Sorry, I missed this.  Yes, I'm sure it is hard to get parts in Germany.  But those seats are out of a Supercab or Bronco, so if you what some like them you'll have to locate someone with those seats that will ship them.  And that's going to be expensive!

On the shocks, I think you got good answers from the others.
