First drive of the season

Today was the day!! Checked the fluids, hooked up the battery, Jumped in and fired it up. My 5 yr old daughter wanted to go with so I buckled her in and took off.  Drove around the neighborhood a bit to make sure everything was o.k. then went a little further away.  Ended up driving about 30 miles which included a trip to the gas station to fill up.

That's such a good feeling!  (Or, at least I think it should be - when I get there.  )

Yes it sure was, she was very excited to go with, and she is a daddy's girl so of course I could'nt say no.
