The ebay listing is a RHF door set; upper & lower.  The box in the background is only for the lower hinge, which will work for either door '80-96 & '97 >8500GVWR.  The 4th pic shows the sticker (PN: E8TZ-1522811-A) on the one with the '87-96-style spring and embossed "LS".  It's for the Right Side top; Left upper hinges are embossed "RS".
