Thanks, Gary. As the Executive often says to the Engineer, "The answer you gave me is thorough and technically accurate, but it does not help me solve my problem at all." I need this documentation for my transfer case, though, so I really appreciate that.
From what I can tell the correct OD for the rear output seal on the NP205 is 3.06" and the depth should be .47". I'm going with SKF 21215 for the seal.
