Differences in 460 exhaust manifolds

Littlebeefy
A couple of questions:

1. Is there a fundamental difference between the exhaust manifolds on the EFI 460 versus the Carbed 460 (i.e. are they interchangeable)?

2. I was told that the stock 460 manifolds on the Econolines are "smaller" than the ones fitted to the F-Series. Anyone know if that's true?

Thanks

Manifolds for EFI and carbed engines are different, I'm not sure if they are interchangeable or not.

Someone lied to you - E and F series trucks use the same manifolds...

They are not interchangeable, the carbureted heads have a vertical oval shape to the ports, EFI a horizontal rectangular shape.
