The #'s on the box for the register can't be read, so I can't say what it fits.

But the switch is for:

83 E— F—U100/350 - - A/C-(dealer installed)
83/E150/250 — A/C dealer installed

In other words, for F-Series & Broncos only 1983 models with dealer-installed air.
