Cory asked this question on FaceBook: "Anybody ever install longer studs in 2wd rotors? Looking for a part number if you have." And then in response my answer that the MPC doesn't show longer ones he said "Thanks! does the MPC happen to list any specs on the stock studs? I’m using the Dorman replacement as a baseline for the original pieces (Dorman p/n 610290). I think I’ve found a set of aftermarket studs made by Moser. They’re a little too long but that’s much easier to fix than a little too short lol."
But this is going to take some sleuthing and pondering so I'm starting this thread...

The base part number for a wheel stud is 1107. And if you search the MPC for that you'll find the table below. So there are a number of different sizes and we need to determine the original size before selecting a longer one.

The key is what parts list a a 2wd F150 uses, and from the table below that looks like Part List #15.

Parts list #15 is this one, and the stud part number is D3TZ 1107-E.

Unfortunately when looking at the bolt size table above that part number (D3TZ 1107-E) is the longest of that diameter shown in the parts list. It is a 1/2-20 x 2 3/8" stud, and I assume the next longer size would be a 2 1/2" stud.

Thank you for all of this Gary. I posted the question on Facebook while I was working in the garage yesterday and it's one of those things I can do on my phone in a few seconds and motor on. I didn't really think I'd get an answer, but figured as always it was worth a try. So thanks for jumping on it!
I'm working on a front disk brake swap on my '52, and I'm slowly piecing all of the required parts together before installing. The rotors for the swap are 1973-1993 Ford truck rotors...and I was lucky enough to find a set locally yesterday morning. Old dust covered boxes and all lol. I have a spare set of spindles so I was able to mock up the install and I figured out that my front track width changes by a full inch (narrower). I know that's only a 1/2" per side narrower, but I'm kinda fussy over this stuff, and I want my wheels to remain exactly where they are. If it was only a 1/4", I could just add spacers and carry on, but a 1/2" is too much on the stock lug studs. I was using info from RockAuto on the Dorman replacement lug studs: The OD of that Knurl is the most important dimension outside of the longer length that I need. I have more or less settled on these Moser Engineering studs from Summit Racing. They don't list the length of the knurl, but I assume it will be OK. I may have to shorten them a hair, but maybe not. I'll look around online today some more and see if I can find a better fit, but so far these are it.

Happy to help, but couldn't really get all of that info in on FB so thought a thread on here so you could see the info involved would be best.
Obviously the key was the 2 3/8" length, and if you need to add 1/2" spacers then those 3" lugs should work fine. But, if you can find 2 7/8" ones that might be even better. Or, you could shorten them but then you lose the protective coating. However, if you are using closed lug nuts and put a bit of paint of or anti-seize on the ends then that shouldn't be a problem.
