Bullnose "Chrome" Instrument Cluster Bezel (XLS?)

I wasn't looking for one of these, but I did come across it while hunting for other stuff. If it was posted already, then Gary please delete, sorry. It is advertised as Chrome/silver, but it looks like a smooth silver bezel. Is this an XLS piece or just one that somebody painted?

Yeah, that’s the rare XLS alright. Sadly it’s in rather rough shape (liquid splatter marks didn’t clean off? Seller said they cleaned it) 🤷‍♂️. For the shape it’s in it isn’t exactly inexpensive.
