Bronco Tailgate cushions - LMC

I am trying to work out where on the tailgate these actually go and what they do?  Number 10 in the image. Full description "TAILGATE CUSHION SET"

Any ideas?

387392-S looks like a bump rubber at the bottom of the window run.
 Jim,
Lil'Red is a '87 F250 HD, 4.10's, 1356 4x4, Zf-5, 3G, PMGR, Saginaw PS, desmogged with a Holley 80508 and Performer intake.
Too much other stuff to mention.

Went outside and realized my Bronco is still in the shop! So I hit buy anyway. I plan on rebuilding the tailgate this summer and I will need this part.

Just need a good donor tailgate now..
