Just gotta figure out what fuel hose I'm using. I assume that second line on the sender is the return line? It's plugged below the flange...

I don’t think that’s a plug on the return line. I believe there is a slit in that red rubber piece and if you pinch it you can see it open up. I assumed that it was there to create a stream in the return so it wouldn’t cause a bunch of splash and air bubbles. Someone will need to fact check me on that though.

I think you are right, Chad.  Pretty sure that you can blow through that into the tank.

That would make sense, and it would help prevent air from getting in. I'll fiddle with it later tonight. Well I'm glad I won't have to drill another hole for the return line. It'll be nice to finally get the fuel tank and skid plate in, they sure take up a lot of space in the garage.
