Isn't that interesting. I don't think I noticed the difference before, but I've seen USA for-sale ads where the seller would comment that the odo had rolled over and actual mileage was unknown.
I had to go check mine, because I thought it was only 5 digit before the decimal. Clearly I haven't been paying attention. Mine truck still only has 61,588 kms on it (38,269 miles).
